    The PSEB is not Punjab State Electricity Board but is Punjab State Engineer's Board (The most beneficial cadre of PSEB)

    The given pay scale will create more difference between Enggs. and Lower staff. (In Rich and Poor)

    Engineers get minimum benefit of 20000/-(from SDO Level) per month and employee get maximum upto 5000/- (Upto JE Level including clerical cadre)
