PSPCL has once again changed the Mobile numbers to vodafone of their officers and oficials due to Non-satisftory service from BSNL. New vodafone shall be activated from 28-05-2014 .For most of the officials new number series of first five digit has been changed to 96461 from 75895 however mobile number of many officers has been chnaged complately. So to to check a service has been provided by PSPCL by which you can check new number by feeding the old number.
