In New pay scales Notification PSEB has appended 23 fitments charts .Which is to be followed while fixing the pay of the employees under the New pay scales.The Fitments chats has been prepared by multiplying the old basic pay by 1.86 in most of the cases upto the PB-4 .However in case pay band -5 ,a Jump of around 10000 has been given after the Fitments .This is in line with 6th CPC pay Band -5 or Punjab Govt employee.In all the pay Band starting pay is Higher than the corresponding scales of the Punjab Government.
